    Trinity Lutheran Church is currently seeking a full time Pastor.

    Our congregation was formed in 1918 and established our present location in Haskell, Texas in 1951. Our average church attendance is 30 to 35. Our current ministry includes Sunday morning Sunday School and Worship Service which follows the traditional Lutheran liturgical worship style with favorite hymns and occaaonal gospel songs. We also use worship media with a screen and sound system during our services. Communion services are held on the 1st and 3rd Sundays. Trinity Luthern is committed to benevolence and is active locally with and annual community worship service including a fish fry fund raiser for youth camping and other needs. Trinity also provides Sunday morning worship services for the local care home two months of the year and help our local food bank to collect, box,and distribute food to those in need. Our church also has a newly renovated parsonage.

    Trinity Luthern Church is located in Haskell Texas, a small town of 3100 people. We have strong historical ties with our farming and ranching community. The City of Haskell is the county seat for Haskell County an provides employment opportunities with State and local government agencies, schools, and our county hospital, Our spacious, rolling plains has provided for the investment in renewable energy projects and related employment. We enjoy a small town family friendly atmosphere and a excellent school system with 600 students, K-12. Haskell is located at the crossroads of U.S. Highways 380 and 277, about a hours drive betwenn Abilene and Wichita Falls.

    We are looking for a Pastor who feels the Holy Spirit has called him to teach and preach the Word of God and proclaim the Gospel of Christ. A pastor who is comfortable with traditional liturgical style worship while helping us transition into the future. A leader for developing spiritual growth through the study of God's Word, and providing opportunities for all ages with in our Congregation to put our faith in to practice.
