As the COVID-19 pandemic continues to play out, the recommended practice of social distancing to help slow its spread means that for now, more of us will be practicing our faith from home as opposed to inside traditional church buildings. Consequently, having resources for home-based worship and prayer is essential.
Mark Vander Tuig, the service coordinator of LCMC, announced yesterday that LCMC plans to designate this upcoming Sunday, March 22 as a day of prayer and shared some scripture passages and ideas of people to pray for as we all work through this pandemic together.
To accompany these resources, a series of blended worship videos for home-based churches are available free of charge to anyone who might be interested.
