How Would Your Congregation Use $5,000?
To celebrate the anniversary of the Reformation, LCMC and the Thrivent Financial Foundation will be awarding $5,000 grants to 15 LCMC congregations for use in planning a project to benefit their local community.
To apply, congregations must complete an online application, available at our website, which includes a short essay describing how the congregation would use a $5,000 grant. The program begins January 1, 2015 and ends August 15, 2015.
All eligible applications received by the deadline date will be voted on at our 15th Annual Gathering in Dallas, TX in October. Recipients of the grant will be announced at the end of the Annual Gathering, and the results will be posted at our website after the gathering commences.
