Cathy Nichol

Administrative Coordinator


As Administrative Coordinator for LCMC, Cathy Nichol provides administrative support to ensure timely and accurate processing of incoming and outgoing information, as well as, maintaining lists for congregations and clergy members.  She is responsible for accounts payable/receivable functions.  Cathy works with other LCMC staff members coordinating and executing events including Leadership Conferences and Annual Gatherings.

Cathy graduated from St. Clair County Community College with a degree in Arts and Science, from Eastern Michigan University with a B.S. in Office Technology.  She has held numerous positions before starting at LCMC in November, 2009.  National Bank of Detroit – Purchasing/Accounts Payable Administrator, Secretary to Senior Vice President of Administration and Operations, Teller;  St. Joseph Hospital – Secretary to Executive Management  for Finance/Benefits;  Traverse Group, Inc. an Environmental Engineering Company – Executive Assistant to President/CEO & Vice President of Eastern Operations;  Ford Motor Company – Engineering Coordinator, Program Administrator and Facilitator; St. Michael Christian School – Preschool Aide and Business Director; and currently a Pampered Chef Sales Consultant.

Cathy and her husband, Dan, (high school sweethearts), have been married for 28 years.  Their daughter, Amy, is 20 years old. Cathy enjoys sewing, scrapbooking, reading, traveling, gardening, walks on the beach, spending time with family and friends and she is an avid sports fan (Michigan State University, Detroit Tigers, Detroit Lions).
