    The congregation of Faith Lutheran Church in Castle Rock, Colorado is seeking a Spirit led Senior Pastor who is well versed in the Word of God, reflects the fruit of the Holy Spirit, and adheres to sound Biblical doctrine with an emphasis on fulfilling the Great Commission.  We expect our new pastor to be a committed follower of Christ in all aspects of life who engages in daily prayer, scripture, and seeking the Holy Spirit’s guidance.  This person will minister through humble counseling, biblically based sermons that inspire and challenge the congregation, and fellowship.  God is working in and through this church body and we are seeking a pastor to partner with us and grow His ministries. 

    Our church is situated in beautiful Castle Rock, Colorado…known as a wonderful place to call home because of its outstanding public safety, well planned parks, trails and open space, family-friendly community events, and award-winning schools. Castle Rock is a growing community with both residential construction ongoing as well as new restaurants, businesses and retail opportunities popping up all the time.  Located just 30 miles south of downtown Denver and 40 miles north of Colorado Springs, Castle Rock truly combines small town charm with big-time opportunity.

    As a financially stable congregation, we are very active in supporting missions in Guatemala, Ethiopia, and several local ministries.  We have many ministries within the church to include Sunday school, confirmation classes, adult forums, small groups that meet during the evenings and a food pantry that serves families in need in our community.  Additionally, the FLC Preschool utilizes the building during the week along with other groups meeting there such as Weight Watchers, a quilting group, and women’s bible study groups.  We enjoy serving our community through various outreach opportunities to include a very active Food Pantry, Vacation Bible School, Movie Nights, BBQs on the 4th of July as fireworks can be watched from our church property, and Trunk or Treat at Halloween to name a few.

    Salary range is $85,000-$105,000.  Benefits are in addition to this salary range.
