Description: *A caring person that powerfully preaches the word during worship services
*Perform church functions as needed (baptisms, funerals, etc)
*Be visible in the community
*Memeber outreach by the pastor, this would include active memebers (empathy for seniors, nurtures everyones faith in Christ, enthusiasm for youth), members that are not able to come to worship (shut-ins), and non-active members that are open to discuss the future of St. John's and their membership.
*Coordinate with youth leaderships to shepard Youth Groups, to include Sunday School, LYO and JHO.
*Strong communication with all ages, Church Council and all members
*Technical skills are not required, but highly desired. (including but not limited to Facebook Live, website, emails, etc)
*Good organizational skills (Detailed schedule for confirmation, first communion, bible studies, Lent, Advent, etc.)
*Other duties as assigned by Church Council
